DAY ONE HOMEWORK:

In preparation for DAY TWO of the workshop, I want for you to:
Submit 3 concrete, specific examples of:

-  A situation you experienced inside your  business where you received feedback you didnt wanna hear- and responding to it was challenging.

-A situation where you gave feedback to clients that they didnt want to hear or agree with, and they responded to it poorly.

-A situation where you didn’t give a client feedback when they should have received it from you- but did t because of your fear, discomfort, lack of knowledge of verbiage to use that would be helpful- and how this caused issues down the road.

We will be roleplaying the appropriate responses tomorrow using the skills you learn.
